Community Development Block Grant Program final statements, 1985-1988.

The Community development block grant program is a federally funded effort to improve living environments, provide housing and stimulate economic development in communities containing between 50,000 to 200,000 people. In Utah, the program stated in 1981. A final statement is produced in each fiscal year outlining the purposes and goals of the program and the standards by which applications would be judged. An explanation of application procedures and application forms are included.
